Honey Ash is a collection that explores the tension between warmth and shadow through color, form, and subtle movement. Each painting begins with a luminous butter yellow base, evoking light, comfort, and sweetness. Across this surface, black dots are scattered: some remain separate and distinct, while others slowly merge, forming new shapes. This interplay between separation and fusion creates a sense of quiet movement and transformation, inviting viewers to engage with the work and observe how perception shifts depending on perspective. The contrast of light and dark, individual and collective, gives the collection its rhythm, depth, and dynamic energy. Honey Ash is a study in balance, inviting reflection on how elements interact, resist, and eventually harmonize.
